Do you only work with nonprofits and higher education?
Those are our primary focus areas and where our deepest expertise lies. However, we're happy to hear about any organization doing mission-driven work — reach out and we'll let you know if we're a good fit.
What does a typical engagement look like?
It varies widely. Some clients hire us for a single workshop, others for a full curriculum redesign or multi-video impact campaign. We always start with a discovery call to understand what's right for your organization and budget.
Can you work with organizations remotely?
Absolutely. Our team is distributed — one of us is based in Croatia, one in Michigan, and one in Indiana. We've designed and produced content for clients across the country and internationally. Remote work is in our DNA.

Do you handle full video production, or just strategy?
Both, and everything in between. Aaron and Wesley bring full documentary production capabilities. Michael brings educational media production. Together we can handle the full lifecycle — from story strategy and script through production and distribution.
Will my organization's story be told with integrity?
Always. We have a narrative vetting process that puts the dignity and consent of story subjects first. We won't rush a story, sensationalize a situation, or put your clients at risk for the sake of an emotional donor appeal. Trust is the foundation of everything we do.
